At Centennial, Inc., we are committed to delivering the highest quality
services to assist our clients and valued relationships with recruiting,
coaching, developing and connecting leaders. We would like to invite you to
attend our upcoming Leadership Forum on Friday, May 23rd, where Forum
participants will hear from Steve Von Hoene of Floyd Consulting. Floyd is
the home of best-selling author, Matthew Kelly, and his recent best-seller
and award-winning book, The Dream Manager.
Since the release of The Dream Manager, there has been enormous interest
from people about how to go deeper with the remarkable concept and
principles outlined in the book. Leaders are asking how they can use ideas
in the book with their direct reports...Teams are wondering how they can
create the dynamic teamwork depicted in the story...many more are curious
about how the idea can transform their family, relationships, career, and
life...and not surprisingly, hundreds have decided that they want to become
Dream Managers themselves.
This overwhelming response confirms what Matthew suggests in the book – it's
a wonderful thing to achieve our own dreams, but it's an incredible feeling
to help others accomplish theirs!
If you are interested in learning more
about...
-
How organizations can become the
“best-version-of-themselves” when their employees become the
“best-version-of-themselves”.
-
How defining and pursuing your dreams can give
more clarity, focus, and purpose to all areas of your life
-
How to help others achieve their dreams
-
How to introduce The Dream Manager concept to
your workplace
-
What skills make a good Dream Manager
-
How to become a Dream Manager
Here is what two of today's great business minds have said:
"The Dream Manager will forever change how companies think about their
employees, and how managers define what it means to do their job."
- Patrick Lencioni, author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
"While at SFO before leaving for Sydney, I thumbed briefly through "one of
those" parable books—and was, to my utter amazement, captured in a flash.
Okay, I’m gonna say it—I think Matthew Kelly's The Dream Manager is
magnificent. Furthermore, I think that if you, Mr/Ms Manager-Executive,
don’t "get it," you've got a big-time problem."
- Tom Peters, Co-author of In Search of Excellence
And…this is what one participant said recently about the Program:
"The Dream Manager Program challenges me to ask myself - Am I living the
life I really want to be living?"
The Dream Manager has appeared on both The New York Times and The Wall
Street Journal best-seller lists. Additionally, The Dream Manager was
awarded the 800-CEO-Read Business Book Award and the Silver Medal in the
2008 Axiom Book Awards.
Come see what organizations like Procter & Gamble, Fifth Third Bank, Avon
Products, Hixon, McDonalds, and 3M are so excited about.
We are excited about hosting this learning opportunity for our clients and
valued relationships and look forward to seeing you!
Over the last
thirty years Centennial has become known as one of the best
"networked"
organizations in the region. Therefore we are committed to helping leaders
expand their networks through several "executive" networking groups that
we sponsor in the Greater Cincinnati Region, inspiring and motivating
leaders through our quarterly leadership forums
and assisting individuals in one-on-one sessions.
