Ms. McClure is an accomplished executive leader with more than 18 years of experience at progressively higher levels of responsibility in all facets of human resources and people development. She is a results-oriented, trusted business partner with a proven record of success leading organizational growth and change, as well as developing and implementing business strategies that improve employee engagement, retention and productivity to support business objectives and produce results.

Prior to joining Centennial, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Bicycle Holding, Inc./The United States Playing Card Company, where she served as a key member of the executive team responsible for financial and cultural turnaround in an established global organization. As a Human Resources Manager at both ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. and The Kroger Company she developed and led recruiting strategies, processes and efforts to staff rapid organizational growth.

McClure has been recognized in the areas of employee involvement and team facilitation, and for creative and cost-saving solutions that improved employee morale and exceeded financial objectives. She was selected by Productivity, Inc. to present ADVICS’ employee involvement program and results at a national productivity improvement seminar. Additionally, she has facilitated five state finalist teams in the annual Ohio Manufacturing Association team problem-solving competitions, including teams that won the 1998 Honda of America Supplier Team Award and 1999 Ohio Governor’s Award for Team Excellence in Manufacturing.
 

She is currently a member of Cincinnati’s 100 Wise Women, University Certified Sherpa Coaches, and the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chapters of The Society for Human Resources Management. She is also a student Mentor through Xavier University’s Executive Mentor Program, a past Board Member of The Ohio Manufacturer’s Association Team Excellence Advisory Board and has served as an internal leader for a Pacesetter campaign with the United Way. McClure holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
