Jennifer McClure Named Vice President

We are also pleased to welcome Jennifer McClure to our team as a vice president. Jennifer is an accomplished executive leader with more than 18 years of experience at progressively higher levels of responsibility in all facets of human resources and people development.

In her new position, Jennifer is charged with strategic recruiting efforts, executive coaching and business development for the firm. She will focus on relationship building with key decision-makers for both the recruiting and coaching sides of the business. Additionally, she is a University of Cincinnati Business School Certified Executive Coach focused on employee development and improvement of business behavior.

"Jennifer has the executive and corporate experience in human resources to quickly pick up on clients' needs," said Mike Sipple Sr., president of Centennial, Inc. Jennifer is a results-oriented, trusted business partner with a proven record of success leading organizational growth and change. She brings individual expertise in creating teams; and in growing and changing corporate cultures. She understands the juggling done by most hiring managers and human resource professionals and can partner with them to lighten their recruiting load.

Jennifer is currently a member of Cincinnati's 100 Wise Women, University Certified Sherpa Coaches, and the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chapters of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
